About Lydia

When Lydia started, we were running on very little sleep and doing our best to keep up with the chaos that comes with two infants. She stepped in and brought all the structure and calm to our home. She helped us create routines that actually worked. She also organized spaces that had become overwhelming and gave us systems that we still use today. The biggest change was sleep. We had struggled for months to get our boys on a consistent schedule and truthfully weren’t sure it was possible. Lydia’s knowledge and guidance changed that for us, as she helped us establish healthy sleep habits and both boys were sleeping through the night. For the first time in nearly a year, my husband and I were sleeping too. What I appreciated most was that Lydia never made us feel judged or inadequate. She was supportive, reassuring, incredibly sweet. She met us where we were and helped us build routines that worked for our family. Most of all, she is so wonderful with children. Our boys love her so much. They smile the second they see her and are always excited when she comes over. We are happier, more rested, energized, and just better having Lydia in our lives!
