It’s my first time using care and I wasn’t sure what counts as booked. ( I thought I did but the calendar didn’t update) But Luis showed up on time even though there is time conflict. I appreciate his flexibility so much. While at our home, he is patient and friendly with our baby. We would use Luis again!
