About Lorraine

I'm a caring, capable, and experienced childcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with children. I believe children are naturally curious, capable, and eager to understand the world around them. I love following their interests and creating opportunities for them to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. I have a particular passion for connecting children with the natural world. Whether we're exploring outside, observing bugs and birds, collecting treasures, asking questions, or discovering something new, I love turning everyday experiences into meaningful learning opportunities. I hold a BA in Child Development and am currently wrapping up my MS in Child Life. My education and experience allow me to bring a thoughtful, developmentally appropriate approach to caregiving. Above all, I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where children feel respected, confident, and encouraged to be themselves.
