With a bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Science and years of childcare experience, I provide gentle, attentive, individualized care that honors each baby's unique cues, temperament, and developmental needs. My approach is nurturing, cue-based, and routine-oriented, helping babies feel safe, secure, and understood. I love singing, reading books, floor play, and walks exploring nature. I believe responsive care and meaningful connection help babies thrive. I'm flexible and dependable, and I enjoy supporting the whole family while keeping exceptional infant care my priority. I value open communication, mutual respect, and partnership with parents. My background also includes preschool teaching, childcare leadership, and caring for older adults. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, a non-smoker, and have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
