We had such a wonderful experience with Lorena! From the moment she walked through the door, both our daughter, K., and our dog, Sophie, were completely at ease with her. They both gravitated toward her immediately, which says so much about her warm, kind, and calming presence. Lorena was friendly, engaging, and clearly experienced with both children and pets. K. had an amazing evening and couldn't stop talking about how much fun she had, and Sophie adored her just as much. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were both happy, safe, and genuinely enjoying themselves while we were out.
