I cared for my brother in law for 10 yrs. He lived with us. I assisted in bathing and food preparation and also medicine distribution. I took him to his doctor appointments. I also washed his clothes and cleaned his room. I also just completed a care giving job for two people who eventually were admitted to the nursing home. I worked for them for about 5 yrs. The job description included breakfast preparation, assisting with shower, washing clothes, preparing breakfast and helping with light housework. I enjoyed working for them very much.
