About Liza

Hi! Im Liza and I have extensive experience working with children through my background of babysitting, camp counseling for over 10 years and my background in child development, education and mental health. I recently completed my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and worked as a school-based MFT trainee at an elementary school in West Adams supporting children and their families from preschool through elementary age. Im patient, warm, dependable, and comfortable working with children with a wide range of personalities and needs. My experience includes engaging children in age-appropriate activitiee, supporting emotional regulation, navigating challenging behaviors and creating a safe, fun and encouraging environment. I have experience working with neurodivergent/SN children and their families. Im CPR/AED certified and take safety seriously. I love creatint a balance of fun, structure and genuine connection and Im happy to follow each family routines and parenting preferences.
