My current position has been caring for a beautiful little boy from 3 months old to his current age of two. My current family is moving out of state this summer. In prior years I taught a classroom of 2 yr. olds in a privately owned pre-school, and also two years experience working in a public school classroom with autistic children. I believe the mental and physical well-being of the child always comes first! Listening, kindness and being respectful to each other is always very important. Lisa cared for our son from July 2024, when he was just 12 weeks old, working 35–40 hours per week. By the time we moved, he was two years old and absolutely adored her—a true reflection of the love, warmth, and care she brought every day. Lisa was incredibly dependable, responsible, and trustworthy. She was always punctual, communicated proactively, and consistently went above and beyond. She planned creative crafts, educational activities, and fun outings including the park, music class, a Gym, the aquarium, and the library. She also made our lives easier by taking initiative, keeping up with our son's laundry, and always leaving our home cleaner than she found it. Her attention to detail and willingness to help without being asked were invaluable. Most importantly, Lisa had a genuine gift for connecting with children. We always had complete peace of mind knowing our son was in her care. We only parted ways because we moved to the West Coast. Otherwise, we would have kept her forever. We recommend Lisa without hesitation, any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
