Hello, I'm Lisa! I have over 10 years of paid experience in childcare, and just about a lifetime of unpaid as well, as I'm a mother (my daughter is now in her 20s, and the light of my life). :) I love being a caregiver, as I'm naturally very maternal towards just about everything, including animals, insects and even plants. I'm what some might call a softy as I'm known to have my heartstrings tugged by even a snail trying to cross a sidewalk (true story). As a nanny/babysitter/newborn night caregiver, I have experience with all ages and developmental stages. I'm always more than happy to adjust to what the family sees as the most beneficial approach for the child and for the efficiency of the family unit, too. It gives me great joy to help families/parents have more peace, flexibility and time while also experiencing such joy and fulfillment caring for their children. I truly love what I do!
