Lily was everything we could have hoped for in a nanny -- and more! She watched our daughter from age 3mo - 7mo, a very challenging time when routines are always changing. Lily's a great listener and was very respectful of our preferences and instructions. She also took the lead in many areas and devised her own tricks for things like naps. Lily had an amazing rapport with our daughter and with us. She is a thoughtful, attentive, and caring nanny, who earned our utmost trust. We have in-laws moving in to help with childcare and that's the only reason we're changing our arrangement. Lily is fantastic and whoever she works with in the future will be lucky to have her.
