About Lily

I love working with kids because I find it rewarding to support their socio emotional wellbeing while having fun! I am getting my EdS degree at UVA for school psychology, which gives me the chance to work with kids in a school setting, further preparing me to offer child care services to all ages. I started working with kids when I was 16 as a camp counselor. Since then, I have spent years as a teacher, extended day care provider, mentor, babysitter, tutor, and both day and overnight camp counselor! Fun fact, I just spent a year in Madrid, Spain teaching English to bilingual students! My skills include homework assistance, flexibility and dependability, and creating fun and unique activities for kids of all ages! I'm looking for a job that provides clear hours and demands, but I am also flexible. I am moving to Charlottesville on July 1st and will be there for the next two years! So I am open to a long term commitment or a short term summer job!
