About Lily

I am an experienced educator and childcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with children from infancy through elementary school. I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn. Most recently, I worked as a homeschool teacher for two elementary aged children. Providing individualized instruction and creating a structured, engaging learning environment tailored to their needs. This was a one-year position, with the goal of preparing the children to transition back into full-time enrollment at their local school, which they successfully did. I continue to occasionally care for the children, and their family is happy to provide a reference. Before homeschooling, I spent three years as a Pre-K teacher at an award-winning preschool, working with young children as they developed their academic, social-emotional, and early learning skills.
