Lily is a unicorn. Her profile is very accurate. She worked with our family over a year and still keeps in touch. She walked the kids to the park every day and loved physical activity. She did cute crafts that I still display to this day. She was able to entertain my kids without electronics. My kids loved her. They say she was the best nanny they ever had. Friends that saw her with my kids at the park even reported back to me that she was so sweet and attentive. She was sweet but firm with the kids and she didn't raise her voice. She always had them pick up their messes after the fun. A+
