I'd describe my personality as kind, funny, and charismatic! I like working with kids because I love to build a safe space for them to express their interests and ideas about anything! I'm looking for a job that I can work with not only the children but also the parents to build a relationship with trust and great communication! I started working with kids when I was as young as 16 as a martial arts instructor for kids from ages 3 to 14! It has become one of my greatest passions to help them reach any goals they set for themselves In my spare time, I like to practice ju-jitsu, mma, rock climbing, hiking, and pilates! I am also a full time nursing student! One thing you should know about me is I am very calm under stressful situations and a very good problem solver. My skills include keeping children entertained through engaging activities, managing stressful scenarios in a positive and calm manner, and any kind of need in assistance in homework, first aid, or snack making.
