I'm Leslie! I'm a compassionate dependable caregiver and childcare professional with over 18 years of experience supporting children and seniors. I've worked with 4 lovely clients through Marin Home Care, providing companionship, meal support, household help, errands, transportation, and dependable day to day assistance. I value creating a comfortable, respectful environment where seniors feel heard supported, and able to maintain as much independence as possible. Alongside senior care, I have extensive childcare experience, including many years working in nanny positions. I have cared for all different ages and understand the importance of patience, structure, safety, consistency, and fun. I've been an Assistant Site Director for a before and after school program where I helped lead daily activities communicate with families support staff, and create a safe, engaging space for children. Whether I'm caring for a child or supporting an older adult I bring a calm nurturing approach.
