About Leilanies

Hi! I'm Leilanies, and caring for children has always come naturally to me. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including helping my mom care for my younger siblings and providing paid babysitting for friends' families and other families since high school. These experiences have taught me to be patient, nurturing, responsible, and attentive to children's needs. I love creating a safe and fun environment where children can play, learn, and feel cared for. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and helping with meals, bath time, bedtime, playtime, getting ready for the day, and light tidying up. I enjoy keeping children engaged with activities and making their day enjoyable. I speak both English and Spanish and value clear communication with parents. I respect each family's routines, preferences, and household rules, so parents can feel confident their children are in caring hands.
