About Leilafaye

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leila. I have had the privilege of working alongside her in childcare for the past several years, and she is one of those people who genuinely connects with children rather than simply supervising them. Leila is patient, dependable, kind, playful, and incredibly attentive. She isn't afraid to get down on the ground and play, explore outside, get dirty, be silly, answer a thousand questions, or turn an ordinary moment into something exciting. At the same time, she understands that children need consistency, boundaries, reassurance, and an adult they can trust. We have cared for children with a wide variety of personalities, ages, needs, and abilities, and I have watched Leila adjust her approach to meet each child where they are. She takes the time to learn who they are, what makes them comfortable, what makes them laugh, and what helps them feel safe. She is also someone I trust tremendously when it comes to safety and responsibility. When you work alongside another caregiver, you get to see how they respond when things don't go according to plan, and childcare certainly provides plenty of those moments! Leila stays calm, thinks things through, communicates well, and puts the children's needs first. Most importantly, children genuinely enjoy being with her. She brings warmth, humor, patience, and a sense of adventure into their days while still being a steady and responsible adult. As both an experienced early childhood professional and someone who has personally worked beside Leila, I would happily recommend her to a family looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, fun, and genuinely invested in their children. Any family would be lucky to have her as part of their child's village.
