Experienced, dependable caregiver with decades of hands-on experience supporting older adults and their families. I have provided long-term private care through changing health needs, dementia, hospitalizations, hospice, and end-of-life care. I'm comfortable providing personal care, medication reminders and organization, meal preparation, companionship, transportation and appointment support, errands, household organization, and communication with family members and healthcare providers. I'm compassionate, practical, patient, and respectful, while also being organized and dependable. I understand that every person and family has different needs, and I adapt my approach accordingly. I believe the person receiving care deserves dignity, respect, and as much independence and involvement in their own care as possible.
