Lea is an outstanding caregiver who worked closely with my children, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She cared for three kids spanning a wide age range, a four month old infant, a three year old toddler, and a five year old, and she handled the demands of that spread with real skill and patience. Leah was incredibly engaged with each child individually. She made sure every one of them got dedicated one on one attention and never let the older kids get lost in the shuffle while she tended to the baby, or vice versa. She kept their play spaces organized and always made sure toys and messes were cleaned up before moving on to the next activity. She was proactive with snacks and meals, and consistently stepped in to help with anything I needed for the kids, no request was ever too small. On top of all that, she was completely reliable. She showed up on time every single time, and I never once had to worry about whether she'd be there when she said she would. That kind of dependability is hard to find, and it made a real difference for our family. I'd trust Leah with my children again without hesitation, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for a caring, attentive, and dependable caregiver.
