I would describe myself as nurturing, enthusiastic, and reliable. I have a passion for working with children and love that every day brings new opportunities to help them learn and grow. With over 20 years of childcare experience, beginning professionally at age 18, I have cared for and educated children of all ages while creating safe, supportive, and engaging environments where children feel loved and confident. I am looking for as-needed childcare, babysitting, or nanny opportunities and have a flexible schedule to accommodate date nights, work events, weekends, overnight care, extended care, and family travel as needed. My goal is to build trusting relationships with both children and parents by learning each child's unique routines, personality, likes, and dislikes. My greatest childcare strengths are providing patient and nurturing care, creating meaningful learning experiences, and helping children feel secure and comfortable when they are not in the presence of their family.
