I've been nannying for the same family the last four years caring for a now 5 and 3-year-old. Sadly, the family is moving out of state so I will be looking for a new family to help care for their little ones starting in August. I love kids, sports, outdoor activities (coaching T-ball at the moment), reading, playing games, I am dependable and punctual. Lauren has been a great babysitter for our two boys (ages 10 and 13) this summer. She has been dependable, caring, and extremely flexible with my demanding work schedule, which has been such a relief for our family. She has gone above and beyond by taking the boys to training camps and other activities, making sure they stayed engaged and active throughout the summer. She has also been very accommodating in allowing them to have friends over, helping them enjoy their break while still providing a safe and well-supervised environment. One thing I especially appreciate is how well Lauren understands this preteen stage of life. She balances giving the boys appropriate independence while still setting expectations and keeping them accountable. At the same time, she manages all of this while caring for her own children, which speaks to her patience, organization, and ability to multitask. I highly recommend Lauren to any family looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the children she watches. We have been so grateful to have her this summer!
