Thank you for taking the time to review my care profile. I have over 15 years of caregiving experience with ages 5 months through 16 years old, and I absolutely LOVE what I do! I have been an in-home Nanny/Babysitter for dozens of families with many of my assignments lasting for many years at a time. I have a firm but kind approach and always try to keep it educational and fun. Literacy and creative expression are my strengths as I am big into reading to children and encouraging them to read to me. I'm a mosaic artist who has worked with children groups within my community so I often bring creative ideas to the household, as well as listen to each childs' creative expression and follow their lead in how to engage that expression. I feel that physical activity outside is a important part of development. My references will say that I am sensitive to the household flow and guide children in accordance to the house rules. I take your trust very seriously as I fulfill an assignment.

Laura was a wonderful nanny for our two boys for about a year. She is so patient and warm, and very flexible and easygoing. She is reliable and trustworthy, and very dependable. She took excellent care of our children, and she was very proactive with planning outings and activities for them.

Laura was our nanny for 2 years for our 3 kids (8, 4, and 2). She was really great and focused on developing a relationship with each of them. She dropped off and picked up our 2 oldest from school every day and made sure they had everything they needed for school. She really knows what she's doing around kids and made our lives so much easier. She would still be working for us had she not moved to another city. We would highly recommend her!

We hired Laura to watch our two kids (2yo and 5yo) in a hotel room while we attended a wedding in the area.  Laura scheduled a call with us to discuss our needs, what our children liked to do, etc.  She was prompt in answering all our questions throughout the hiring process.  Day of, Laura showed up on time and sent text updates throughout the night.  Both of my kids enjoyed having Laura babysit.  If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be reaching out!

Very reliable, excellent communication and genuinely cares for the child(ren) she watches. She has been watching our infant son intermittently for the past four months as our schedule needs change and is always willing to come lend us a hand! Laura is an excellent child care provider and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a responsible, nurturing caregiver.

Loly (Laura) has BY FAR exceeded my expectations for a quality, loving, responsible, and genuinely caring babysitter. Loly has been babysitting my two children on a consistent basis for over a year and a half so far. I have a son and daughter who are now two years old and four years old.

Loly is artistic and loves arts and crafts. She is incredibly interactive, sweet, kind, and patient with my children. She is very attentive and hands on with play and activities. Both of my children love when Loly comes over and they get very excited and greet her with big smiles and happiness!

Loly is experienced and professional. She is on time and reliable, but will also be open and up front if she is having any symptoms or concerns about feeling sick. Loly communicates excellently with me, and has always been very respectful of any requests I may have with regards to the care routine of babysitting my children.

Loly has been so wonderful with our family and started when my twins were one and daughter was 3. She has been with us for a year, and the kids love her. I highly recommend her. She is great at following the family flow and schedule. She has helped with my sons' therapy sessions (would be helpful with any special needs kids) and has helped implement strategies outside of the therapy hour. If you want to feel like someone is loving your kids while you aren't there, she's the perfect person.

My kids love having Laura come stay with them and she is wonderful with them. Always on time and the kids always have a great time with her. Highly recommended!

Loly is a very dependable sitter. We were in town for a wedding and she had to watch and entertain 5 boys--between the ages of 3 and 9 for 7 hours. She was punctual, patient with the kids, fun, and kept them all safe and sound. One of them had even gotten sick -- she kept us informed (via text) but took care of the situation seamlessly. I highly recommend Loly for your babysitting needs.

Our family hired Loly for a unique position which included transporting our sons to hockey as well as ensuring they had a snack and homework tackled prior to practice. Loly met our crazy schedule head on with patience and expertise! Loly was flexible when our schedules changed, and was a vital asset to our family dynamic. Laura flows well with our son's moods, both indoors & outdoors, no matter the weather.  She is great with crafts.  Her spirit is quietly warm & positive.

Loly is a good friend of mine that I've known for twenty years. So when my son was born in June of 2018, I had zero reservations about asking her to help take care of my 3 month old when I went back to work. I've known she's been taking care of children for a long time and I trust her completely. She is good at what she does and has many of the qualities that we look for in a caregiver. She is punctual, doesn't call out, and easily takes directions when I give them. She also knows what she's doing and I can easily hand my son off and she knows what to do. She has been flexible when needed and has been able to stay late or come in a pinch if her schedule allowed it. She plays, keeps things tidy, reads stories, and is able to put my son down for a nap! (which has been a real struggle for us). And most importantly my son absolutely loves her and gets the biggest grin on his face when he sees her. I know she loves him as well. She will be missed when she moves to Harrisburg!

Loly has been amazing!  She really cares about the kids and interacts at their level.  My kids just love her.  Loly is always early to arrive and verifies everything each time to ensure everyone is at ease and we can enjoy our time out. We are so glad to have her as our date night care taker!
