About La Mya

Hi! My name is La'mya, I'm 18 years old and a college student. I have always loved working with children and am looking to care for children ages 0-11. I'm a patient, caring, responsible, and dependable caregiver who enjoys creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I have five younger siblings, ranging in age from 1-15, which has given me plenty of hands-on experience with children of different ages. I have been babysitting my siblings and younger family members since I was 13. I'm comfortable helping with meals, playtime, routines, educational activities, and keeping children entertained and safe. I also have experience in babysitting, nannying, and after-school care, along with Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials and Early Child Development coursework. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I would love the opportunity to become a trusted and caring part of your family!
