About Laila

Caring for the elderly, children, and animals brings me so much happiness and fulfillment. I currently work part-time caring for a wonderful 92-year-old woman with dementia and Parkinson's. This has taught me patience, compassion, how to recognize nonverbal cues, and how to adapt to someone's needs while treating them with dignity and respect. I've also cared for my younger siblings for over 10 years and have experience babysitting children of different ages, including children with special needs. I have a gentle, playful, and creative personality and love keeping kids entertained with crafts and imaginative play. In my free time, I enjoy making clay creations, crocheting, and drawing comics. I'm also happy to help with household chores, groceries, meal prep, pet care, errands, and companionship. Building trust and helping families feel safe and comfortable is very important to me. I'm always happy to provide references or answer any questions!
