About Kylie

With four years of experience, I have worked in assisted living, in-home healthcare, as a job coach for developmentally disabled adults and now as a respite care provider for children with disabilities and as a memory care companion. At the assisted living, during the height of the pandemic, I worked with 30-50 residents. I provided companionship, mobility assistance, assistance with all ADLs and became proficient in online clinical charting. There were also times I worked up to 16 hours and as a lead caregiver. In in-home healthcare, I had a similar role and also helped with transportation and errands. While working for in-home healthcare, I received Caregiver of the Month. I have worked with many individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, ASD, Down syndrome, mental illness and more. Relevant certificates I have are CPR/first aid and QMAP, so I am knowledgeable about medication administration.
