About Krystle

I'd describe myself as fun, creative, energetic, and dependable. As a mom myself, I genuinely love spending time with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves. I've been caring for children since I was 12 years old, giving me nearly 30 years of experience with kids of different ages, personalities, and needs. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent and special needs children. I understand that every child is different, and I lead with patience, empathy, flexibility, and encouragement. I'm looking for a position that brings both stability and joy, ideally with a family I can build a trusting, long-term relationship with. In my spare time, I love singing, drawing, cooking, reading, getting creative, and spending time with my husband and kids.
