Kristen cared for our children for five years, and the thing we valued most was how completely we could trust her. She was extraordinarily reliable as a caregiver: always on time, never once missed a shift in five years (unless seriously ill, which we obviously preferred her to stay home), and we always knew our kids were well looked after in her care. That kind of consistency is rare and made a real difference for our family. She’s steady, dependable, and easy to have in your home. She was also remarkably flexible, willing to adjust her hours or days when our schedule changed on short notice, and always happy to take on an extra task, like picking something up at the store, without it ever feeling like an imposition. It will be important to discuss and reinforce expectations up front, but she is an ideal candidate for thoughtful care of even the most challenging situations, whether that might be caring for 3 under 3, twins, or a child with some learning difficulties. For families looking for dependable, safety-focused childcare, we can’t recommend her enough.
