My name is Kristen. I just moved to Clover with my 12-year-old son. I've been working in the early childhood field for 10+ years. I have worked as a classroom teacher, nanny, case worker and in home care provider. I was working in a Montessori/Reggio based program until August of 2025, when I moved into private care. I am CPR, first aide, and epi pen certified. I have a background working with a variety of different children including those with trauma, special needs, and neurodivergence (add, autism, etc). I also enjoy getting to know families on a more personal level and therefore being able to provide even more tailored care. I firmly believe that children learn best when activities are child centered and open ended. I love all animals and am ok with any type of pet/farm animal.

Kristen cared for our neurodivergent child after school for most of his 6th grade school year. She is a compassionate, responsive, and fun caregiver; professional and dependable , as well as flexible and accommodating. We really appreciated her support and knowledge around neurodivergence. She always kept us up-to-date on how our child was doing that day and passed along any information from the school at pick up time. I wholeheartedly recommend Kristen!
