I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and creative. I enjoy working with kids because I like being a positive influence in their lives and helping them learn and grow while making sure they feel safe, supported, and included. I'm looking for a job where I can make a positive impact, continue learning, and grow while helping others in a supportive environment. I started working with kids when I was 13 by caring for my little cousin, who was 8 at the time. Five years later, I still help care for her. Families should know that I genuinely care about creating a safe, positive environment for every child. I understand the trust they place in caregivers and take that responsibility seriously. My top three childcare skills are patience, communication, and creativity, which help me connect with children, encourage their growth, and create fun, engaging experiences.
