I'm a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With two decades of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, from infants to pre-teens. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to thrive. I strive to create such an environment by fostering open communication, patience, and creativity. I understand the importance of following parents' preferred communication methods and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on physical, emotional, and intellectual development. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor activities, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. My greatest joy is witnessing the progress and happiness of the children in my care. I speak Russian and Turkish.
