About Kerri

Hi families! I graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2026 with an (MSW) and am a (LMSW) and in 2024 with a BA in Psychology and worked at Holy Cross High School as a special needs teacher. I developed additional skills in supporting children with different abilities and individual needs. I currently work full-time as a Behavioral Health Therapist at Adventist Hospital, where I support individuals with a range of mental health needs. This has given me a strong foundation in communication, patience, emotional regulation, and creating a safe and supportive environment for others. In 2024 I nannied for a wonderful family and cared for their 9-month-old son. As a social worker and therapist, I also understand the importance of meeting children where they are emotionally and developmentally. I strive to be patient, attentive, and responsive to each child's individual needs while maintaining the routines and expectations that are important to their family.
