About Kenya

Kenya has cared for & still occasionally cares for my 3 children, who are currently 4, 6 ,& 7. When Kenya started with us my youngest was a newborn, my middle child was 2, & my oldest was 3. Caring for multiple children requires incredible patience, stellar multitasking skills, and boundless energy, all of which Kenya possesses in spades. From the very beginning, she seamlessly managed the wildly different daily schedules, dietary needs, and emotional milestones of a newborn baby, a 2 year old toddler, and a preschooler. She was always fully present, keeping the kids engaged with creative, educational activities while maintaining a safe and loving environment. What truly sets Kenya apart is her ability to plan activities that appeal to multiple age groups. She is highly proactive and creative—often curating sensory play for the younger ones while simultaneously fostering the hobbies and educational interests of the older kids. Furthermore, she is excellent at navigating sibling dynamics, gently guiding them through sharing and emotional moments.
