About Kennis

Hello! My name is Kennis and I am a 21-year-old college student majoring in nursing, and I am expecting to graduate this July! I have multiple years of experience in childcare. I've babysat since I began high school, I have volunteered with the kids ministry in church, worked in the play center at the YMCA, and have over a year of experience as an assistant teacher at a daycare. I have experience with infants up to school aged kids. I have my Basic Life Support certification and have taken and excelled in my pediatrics class in nursing school. My strengths are in facilitating learn through play, art projects, and communicating with children in a way to foster their communication skills. I also consider myself a great cook and am happy to help with cleaning!
