About Kelsey

I'm a certified personal trainer and life coach-- and a proud aunt to 3 wonderful kiddos! I'm passionate about empowering children and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment wherever I go. I've spent most of my career providing community services to individuals on the autism spectrum, so I'm experienced in supporting people of varying ages and needs. I'm attentive, mindful, funny, and committed to making sure every child feels safe and cared for. My goal is to keep your little ones engaged and having fun while giving you peace of mind that they're in good hands!
