I have always loved loved loved kids ever since I've been a little girl. Starting as young as 8 & 9 I ran a "daycare" out of my backyard for all of the little kids in my neighborhood. I spent a summer volunteering in Romania with kids with special needs. I also worked in an elementary school and bounced around between different classes and grades. That has been one of my favorite jobs ever. Because to me working with kids doesn't feel like a job. Kids are such a joy to be around and you learn as much from them and they do from you.
