About Kellen

Hi! I'm a patient, creative, and dependable caregiver who genuinely enjoys spending time with kids and getting to know them as individuals. I have previous babysitting experience (including experience with neurodivergent children) and I especially connect well with kids who are shy, creative, sensitive, or might need a little extra patience and understanding. I'm most comfortable working with elementary school through preteen ages. I love arts and crafts, imaginative play, outdoor activities, helping with homework, and encouraging curiosity and learning in ways that feel fun and engaging. I believe in balancing kindness and fun with clear boundaries and structure, and I aim to create an environment where kids feel safe, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I'm sensory-aware, calm under pressure, and good at adapting to different personalities and needs. I also have experience caring for animals, and reliable transportation!
