Hi! I'm Kayla I have about 3 years of childcare experience and genuinely enjoy being around kids and getting to know their different personalities. I'm caring, patient, dependable, and big on making sure children feel comfortable and supported while they're with me. I'm comfortable helping with everyday routines, meals, playtime, homework, and keeping kids entertained while still maintaining structure. I also understand how important communication is with parents, so I'll always keep you updated and make sure I'm following the routines and preferences you have for your family. I originally started caring for children when my sister needed extra help, and that naturally turned into babysitting and helping other families. I'm looking for a family that values reliability, consistency, and good communication.
