About Kayden

Hi! I'm Kayden! I have over five years of childcare experience and genuinely love working with children. I graduated from the University of South Florida with my bachelor's degree and am currently pursuing my master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I also work as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with a variety of developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. My experience has helped me develop a patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to childcare. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment through games, creative activities, outdoor play, and more! I'm comfortable caring for multiple children, helping with daily routines, and providing transportation. I value open communication with parents and strive to make every child feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I'd love to get to know your family!
