Hello, my name is Katie! I have been working in childcare for over 10 years since I started babysitting at the age of 15. I have always had a passion for working with children from the time I was a child myself. Most recently, I have been working as a special education paraprofessional providing 1:1 services for the last two years in the school setting. I have experience working with elementary aged students from TK-5th grade. I take pride in making education exciting and finding new and creative ways to make learning fun! Katie is amazing! I highly recommend her. Our kids loved her. She’s such a caring, patient, trustworthy person. Always calm no matter the situation. Great to work with. As two full time working parents, we needed part time help to pickup our kids from school and help with misc things around the house like dinner prep and laundry/dishes. She drove our car to pickup the kids. She had to move so that’s the only reason why she’s no longer working with us.
