Katia trained for two days, accepted the job, and then did not show up for her first day of work. She asked for payment for training and I paid her. She said she would start Friday because she was not feeling well Sunday. I understood and she said she would start today. I expected her today (Friday). She did not show up. She did not text or call to let us know that she could not work after she acted so excited about getting the job. She actually just ignored our calls and texts.
