I am a very compassionate person. I am punctual and reliable and a very attention to detail person. I feel that there was a calling for me to do home care. I think my age attributes to the exceptional care that I give. I have done private care, worked in nursing homes and cared for adults who are mentally handicap. I have taken care of elderly and wheelchair bound clients and I am also experienced with hospice and dementia care. My duties have included getting my clients out of bed, bathing/showering, cooking, laundry, running errands, medication management, and light housekeeping. I am a former CNA and a certified pharmacy technician. I am BLS and CPR certified.

Kathy came to work for me several months ago after my 91 year old mom moved from the nursing home to my home. She is very trustworthy, kind with Seniors, and caring. She helped me with all aspects of caring for my mom such as interacting with her doing arts and crafts, taking walks in the wheelchair, taking her our to the local parks, puzzles, etc. She even did exercises with her and helped with hygiene needs and cleaning and laundry. She was willing to do whatever was asked of her and has a very positive personality and was always upbeat and encouraging to my mom. In the end she offered to stay days and night shifts when my mom was put on hospice which was quite a relief. I would give Kathy the highest recommendation and she will be an asset to your family and for your loved one.
