upon interview, everything was great. First day was punctual, every day after that she arrived 10-30 minutes late with no communication. Transportation was a mandatory for this job, she said she had a vehicle which she does not. She cursed at the patient, yelled and invaded privacy. My mistake was not asking for referrals.
