About Kate

I make it a mission to bring a smile to your child's face. I'm very adept in playing games and finding activities to do that don't involve screens. (If permitted, I'm exceptional at playing video games with children.) I have a knack for the arts and love drawing and writing with children. I have a knack for teaching reading, writing, spelling, math, and art. I like having dance parties and am an exceptional actor in any role-playing games with children and their toys. I'm a pro in handling sibling rivalries and dissolving meltdowns and tantrums with calm, confident conversations that turn big feelings into self regulation and a smile. I don't "baby" talk kids over the age of 5, and I speak to all children like I'm just an older friend that's hangin' out, taking care of them and their safety while they guide me to what is fun to them. I can act out skits and fun games on the dime, create vivid storytelling and am a one woman comedy show that gets your kiddos cracking up.
