About Katelynn

Hello! My name is Katelynn , A little about me, I was born and raised in Calvert county MD and enjoy exploring local beaches, parks, and thrift stores. I'm looking for a job that I can help families early in the morning or later in the evening, I currently work at a daycare with ages ranging from 8 weeks old to 5th grade, my hours are currently 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday so anytime before or after would be ideal for during the week. My weekends are completely open! I started working with kids when I was 14 years old, I've had experience watching children ages 1-13 beginning as a neighbourhood sitter to earning multiple certifications as a Pre-K teacher as well as first aid and CPR. My skills include teaching, keeping children engaged through structured activities (arts and crafts, games, etc.) maintaining a calm safe environment for children to thrive in, as well as the ability to help with household chores such as cooking, cleaning, etc.
