Kassie was hired to take care of two children and infant and a toddler and she did a nice job taking care of my infant. I don’t think the personality match was there between my toddler and Kassie. My toddler wanted to do imaginative creative play and Kassie was really just there to supervise not to be a playmate which may work for older children, but did not work for my daughter. Additionally, when my daughter got frustrated, she went upstairs alone and Kassie did not try to stop her nor did she check on her while I was working upstairs.
