To Whom It May Concern, It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Kariyo for the position of Personal Care Assistant. Kariyo worked with my family as a caregiver for my father in law from 3/1/2025 to 8/31/2026. I interviewed many candidates before selecting Kariyo. During this time, he has provided exceptional daily support, including assistance with mobility, meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene. Beyond his technical competence, Kariyo possesses a rare combination of empathy, patience, and incredible reliability. He always arrives on time. During the past 1 ½ years, he never called out. During the winter snowstorms, he would sleep over the night before to ensure he was available for the next day. I am especially impressed by how intuitively he learned my father in law’s routine and preferences, treating him with the utmost dignity and respect. My father in law refers to him as “Buddy”.
