About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kate, a full-time Middle School special education teacher with over 10 years of experience working with children in school and extended-care settings. Caring for kids has always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. As an educator, I'm patient, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with children who have a wide range of personalities, needs, and abilities. I'm happy to help with homework, reading, routines, activities, outdoor play, or simply keeping kids entertained and engaged while parents are away. I believe childcare is about more than just supervising, it's about making children feel safe, supported, and cared for. I'm active, responsible, and love building genuine connections with the families I work with. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and help make life a little easier!
