About Kaitlin

I bring over a decade of experience in healthcare, with a background that blends hands-on training and administrative expertise. My studies in nursing and business administration in Omaha, along with coursework in phlebotomy, anatomy, and CNA training, have helped me understand both the clinical and human sides of care. In my previous role at United Healthcare, I worked as a Care Coordinator serving the Dual Medicare/Medicaid community. I supported hundreds of members by helping them access the services they needed, coordinating home-care assistance, and guiding them through their benefits with clarity and patience. I also understand how challenging it can be for older adults to accept help with tasks they once handled easily. My goal is to provide support in a way that always preserves dignity, comfort, and independence. I truly love caring for others and hope to become not only a reliable helper, but also someone your loved one feels safe, respected, and genuinely connected to.
