About Kailee

Hi! I'm Kailee, and I love working with kids. I'm currently studying psychology in college and hope to focus on child and developmental psychology because I want to better understand how children's minds work and eventually build a career helping them. My mom is a Kindergarten/1st grade teacher, so i've been surrounded by education my whole life. I've learned so much from watching how she connects with her students. I also took Teacher Cadet in high school, where I had the opportunity to work in a classroom and gain hands-on experience with children. I have the most experience with younger kids, but I'm comfortable caring for infants through preteens. I love keeping kids engaged with games, crafts, reading, and any activity that matches your child's personality and interests. I'm happy to follow your family's routines and keep you updated throughout the day however you prefer. My goal is always to make sure your child feels safe, supported, and has fun while you're away!
