About Kaela

Hi! I'm Kaela, a caring, patient, and dependable child caregiver, parent, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children. I provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where kids can feel comfortable being themselves. I enjoy keeping children engaged with age-appropriate activities such as crafts, reading, games, creative play, and learning. My RBT experience has strengthened my ability to support children with different needs, personalities, routines, and behaviors using patience, consistency, and compassion. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and take safety and well-being seriously. I'm comfortable helping with meals, snacks, homework, bedtime routines, and light tidying related to childcare. My goal is to help every child feel heard, respected, supported, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind.
